Cancellations & Returns
Please note that if your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you would like to cancel after dispatch, please allow delivery of your order and then return the goods to our returns address. To offer the best possible prices, we are unable to cover the return shipping cost.

Our Shipping Approach
To prevent unnecessary CO₂ generation during transport, we limit the distance orders travel by shipping directly from the place of manufacture to you. Eliminating extra fulfilment centres may mean your order takes a little longer to arrive, but every air mile we avoid helps reduce emissions.

- Canada: 7–20 business days
- United Kingdom: 8–14 business days
- Australia: 10–16 business days
- New Zealand: 10–16 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

When Will My Order Ship Out?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–5 business days (longer during busy periods). We allow up to 30 business days for delivery before a full refund is issued.
Priority Processing
Priority Processing upgrades your order in our warehouse/logistics queue so it’s picked and handed off for shipment sooner. It does not change the carrier’s shipping time once in transit.
Insured Shipping
The shipping insurance upgrade entitles customers to a free replacement if parcels are lost or stolen in transit.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number (it can take 24–48 hours to update). You can also track your order by clicking here and entering your details.
My Package Hasn’t Arrived — What Can I Do?
If your package has not arrived within 14 business days, we want to help you find it. Please follow the steps below:

Verify the expected delivery date has passed.
Track the parcel on our website by clicking here to check the status and confirm the expected delivery date has passed. -
Check that your address is correct in your order confirmation.
We deliver packages as addressed and make every attempt to correct addressing issues before dispatch; however, we can’t change an address once a parcel has been handed to the carrier. - If tracking shows “Delivered”, look around the delivery location.

Apartment building | Individual mailbox, parcel locker (key in mailbox), security desk, building superintendent or concierge. |
Business | Mailroom, front desk/security, internal courier or third-party receiving area. |
Community mailbox | Your individual mailbox; parcel compartment (key in mailbox). |
Large institution (e.g., university) | The mailroom (final point of delivery). Additional time may pass before internal delivery or pickup notice. |
Safe drop | A safe location on the property. Check with other household members who may have brought the package inside. |

If you still can’t find the package, open a support ticket via our Contact Us page and we’ll start an investigation with the carrier.
Need Help?
If your order hasn’t received a tracking update in a while, it’s generally due to a courier scan delay and it will still likely be delivered within the shipping times above. If your order exceeds the stated delivery window or you need any help, contact us via the Contact Us portal or email contact.dreeze@proton.me.
Please make sure the items in your order are selected correctly because, once shipped, they can’t be stopped/canceled in transit. When you receive your order, if you decide not to keep it (or part of it), our 30-day return policy applies.
